The purpose of our admission policy is to help you through the admission process effectively and to help you place your child in the appropriate class at Angel's Hub School. The more relevant information we have, the more effectively we will be able to achieve this.
STEP - 1:
- To begin with, documentation which you need to submit with your duly filled admission form together with the payment of non-refundable registration, admission and other fees by cash/Cheque/online in favour of the school.
- A copy of the child's birth certificate (Original) issued by appropriate authorities
- Latest progress report card of the school last attended
- Five recent passport size photographs of students and one each of the parents/ guardians
- Application Form
- Medical Record
- Transfer Certificate from the previous school(If available).
- Two copies of residential proof (D/L, Water Bill, Electricity Bill, Ration Card, Voter ID card etc.)
- A copy of the Aadhar Card of the Child (both sides)
- Proof of siblings.
- Parents in transferable jobs are required to attach relevant documents.
- Your child's age will give the initial indication as to the appropriate class, and the aptitude test will either confirm this or lead to further assessment.
- We believe students should be with children of the same age, tackling tasks with the appropriate intellectual challenge.
STEP - 2:
- After receiving the initial documentation with your child's application, we will arrange for an assessment to place your child in the appropriate class. Subjects included in the Aptitude Test are English, Hindi, EVS, Mathematics, Science and Social Science. Questions would be based to test the concepts of the student.
- We prefer to meet students personally and discuss their interests and academic progress with them. This process is also essential for those who have found the aptitude tests difficult, for we would want to carry out a further assessment in order to place the student in the appropriate class. If possible, we like to meet both parents.
- At Angel's Hub School, we always welcome students and strive to offer them a platform to showcase their abilities.
- The management reserves the right to reject any application for admission without giving reasons.
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Admission during the mid-session will be at the absolute discretion of the management, depending on the assessment of the student's ability to reasonably cope up with the rigours of the school's co-curricular programmes and activities.
